Recently, I attended the Basic Hand Gun Self Defense course offered by Frank O.  It was an amazing class!  I have shot a little in the past but without knowledge or control. By the end of the day I learned types of hand guns to caliber to ammo, skills (control) and a desire to continue learning.  Frank stressed safety in every step we learned and very reassuring when out on the firing range.  I would highly recommend this class.  Looking forward to attending the next level.
