Frank was really positive and thorough. There was a lot of hands on instruction in addition to on screen visuals and the instructor encouraged questions and active engagement. Definitely an extremely valuable class! I would recommend Zero Victims Firearm Training to all people who have handguns or are thinking about owning. He also does gun fitting instruction to insure the best experience.
